Strong Housing

Strong Housing was a reconstruction project of 112 rental units in Ypsilanti, MI, scattered over a 5-mile area on 11 different sites. The project includes 19 different types of units ranging from ranch duplexes to 6-unit townhome buildings. Two new community buildings were also constructed in order to give the larger sites an on-site management presence.

Rohde gutted and reconstructed all interiors and completely changed the exterior look of the properties with new landscaping, sidewalks and play areas.
