Rohde completed a major interior and exterior renovation of Riverfront Family & Senior Housing, 200 senior housing units and 64 family apartments in Lansing, MI. The renovation scope addressed major mechanical systems, MEP fixtures, flooring, exterior and elevator upgrades. Site improvement upgrades included repaving of many areas and upgraded landscaping.
