Mill Point Place

Mill Point Place is a 3 story, 24 unit independent senior housing building common area amenities and full time staff. The building is located on an in-fill, brownfield site, and is constructed to LEED Silver requirements. Each unit has its own washer, dryer, stainless steel appliances, private patio/balcony and covered parking space. This project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget, allowing the owner to upgrade many items.
