Covenant Christian Congregate Care, located Grand Rapids, MI area 85 unit assisted living senior housing facility which includes a separate block and precast construction Dementia Wing. Senior housing amenities include three dining rooms, spa room, and exercise areas. Rohde Construction guided this senior housing project through preconstruction which allowed the development to be constructed for $500,000 below initial budget.
