Marsh Ridge

Marsh Ridge is a Grand Rapids, MI area 25 building, three phase, senior housing campus constructed on land which was formerly a large apple orchard. The sprawling 281 unit senior housing complex includes townhomes, as well as two and three story apartment buildings. The clubhouse overlooks a large pond with fountains and a gazebo on a peninsula.
