Hamilton Crossings

Hamilton Crossings is a 144-unit Ypsilanti, MI, multi-family project which had been abandoned and unoccupied for years. Rohde accepted the challenge to completely tear all buildings down to the wood frame before reconstructing the exterior and interior. Rohde also added two new multi-family buildings on the site. Through this extensive reconstruction, Rohde gave new life to a project that had been an eyesore in the community for many years. In 2014, this project received the National Edison Award for Affordable Multifamily Housing.
