Treymore Apartments

Treymore Apartments, located in Detroit, MI, is a four-story masonry and wood frame apartment building constructed in the early 1900s. The building was unoccupied for almost a decade.

The complete reconstruction of the 22,000 SF building includes 2-two story apartments and 26 single level apartments. The renovation also includes a new elevator and stairwell in a masonry addition to the existing structure.
