Heritage Lane

Heritage Lane is located in Jonesville, MI. and is an adaptive reuse of a building originally built for the Deal Buggy Company in the late 1800s. The existing four-story, 51,000 SF heavy timber and masonry façade structures was gutted and completely redesigned into 44 one- and two-bedroom apartment project. The existing historic façade featured many large and complex window systems which were recreated. Construction difficulties included creating completely new relocated stairwell and elevator systems.
