The Davenport

The Davenport, a Classical Revival multi-family apartment building constructed in 1905 in Midtown Detroit, had been vacant for almost a decade. The Cass-Davenport District of Detroit has been on the National Historic Register since 1997. Rohde Construction completed a historic restoration of the exterior façade, gutted the interior and created modern apartments with all modern-day conveniences.
