Smith Village

The City of Flint, MI, in partnership with a private developer, contracted Rohde Construction to complete Smith Village Homes, a neighborhood homes redevelopment project abandoned by a previous developer/contractor. The scope included the completion of 30 single-family homes scattered throughout an existing neighborhood as well as the construction of nine additional new homes. In 2014, Smith received the Flint Residential Project of the Year Award.
