Rivertown Park

Rivertown Park Condominiums is a unique condominium community located directly adjacent to the Grand Rapids, MI-area Rivertown Park Mall. The project master plan, when complete, will contain 485 condominium units in addition to over 50 single-family homes and a senior housing facility.

Rohde completed the condominium master plan infrastructure of this 120-acre site on a very tight schedule since no condominium construction could begin until the infrastructure was in place.

Rohde played an integral pre-construction role through assistance in condominium unit design and development of customer options and product selections for each condominium.
