Metropolitan Park

Metropolitan Park Condominiums in Downtown Grand Rapids was the inaugural project in the Michigan Cool Cities Program. This condominium building features a high-tech, modern design. The site posed major challenges due to massive amounts of buried debris, requiring the use of augured caissons to provide suitable bearing for the condominium building.
