About this Project
- Location: Detroit, MI
- Project Type: Adaptive Reuse
Jennings Memorial Hospital, originally constructed in the 1920s in Detroit, MI, had several additions in 1949 and 1961. It was one of the most prominent hospitals in Detroit for many years. After several hospital mergers, it closed its doors in the last decade. Rohde Construction is completing an adaptive reuse of this 62,000 SF building into 46 senior housing apartments.
