Historic Otsego Hotel

The Historic Otsego Hotel, located in Jackson, MI, opened in 1904 and operated as a hotel until 1962. Since the hotel’s closing, the building went through several new uses prior to being repurposed into senior citizen apartments. The exterior restoration included a major upgrade to the exterior façade while maintaining historical accuracy. The interior historic grand entry and stairway were also restored while updating the entire building mechanical system. Individual unit upgrades included plumbing fixtures, flooring and new energy-efficient windows.
