Springs at the Reserve is located in Wyoming Michigan, and features 300 class A market rate units within 15 2-story buildings. There are 102 detached garages, 120 attached garages, and open spaces for a variety of parking options. The gated community includes a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, pet park with pet wash, and a car wash/cleaning station.

The 34-acre site originally included 40’ of elevation change which required large cut/fill operations to bench/flatten the site. The project was completed in 22 months, which was on time despite the 2 month delay due to the state mandated Covid shutdown.
