Pierce Place

Pierce Place is located in Allendale, MI, immediately adjacent to the SW corner of the main campus of Grand Valley State University. This 35-unit, 71,500 SF project is comprised of identical three-story, 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom townhouses and a 2,000 SF management office. Pierce Place offers the largest townhomes available near campus. Two adjacent, existing student-housing projects were previously constructed by Rohde personnel in the 1990s for the same family ownership.
