Northwinds

Northwinds is a four-story, wood-frame apartment building with 23 one-bedroom and 25 two-bedroom apartments. The 61,000 SF facility has an upscale exterior facade with a European Alpine look that blends with the Gaylord City character in Northern Michigan. The exterior facade also includes high-pitched roofs and cupolas. The M/E system features many energy-saving design concepts.
