Melrose

Melrose is a massive 21-building student housing project serving Michigan State University, and houses 932 students in 306 multi-family apartments. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The student housing complex had a fast-track building process, and was completed in just 13.5 months. The common area facilities include a clubhouse with exercise area, game room, lounge and computer center. Other student housing amenities include an exterior pool and large deck, basketball courts and volleyball court.
