Carson Square is a Traverse City, MI, 36-unit new transitional housing project developed by Goodwill Industries. This already-tight job site was made more complex by the many mature trees that the township required be preserved. An upgraded exterior facade and extensive landscaping was incorporated to meet the aesthetic requirements of Traverse City zoning.
