Authentix at Quincy Street

Authentix at Quincy Street is the first Authentix prototype built in the nation, located in Holland Michigan. The community features 264 workforce housing units within 11 2-story buildings and 48 detached garages. The complex amenities include a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, car wash/cleaning station and a pet park and pet wash.

On the 25-acre property, Rohde installed .5 miles of offsite sanitary sewer and constructed a 3-acre pond. The project was completed in only 18 months, which was ahead of the original schedule, and below the original contract price.
