Controller/Sr. Cost Accountant 

The following are the desired candidate qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business management or equivalent
  • 5 Years of prior accounting experience • Experience in the construction field
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with Sage and Textura a plus
  • Understanding of accounting practices, financial reporting and current regulations
  • Firm grasp of Human Resources functions, employee benefits and compliance issues a plus
  • Ethical business practices
  • Well-organized with high attention to accuracy
  • Proven ability to work well with others
  • Ability to multitask
  • Professional demeanor
  • Excellent communications skills
