Mr. VanNoord gained his initial experience in multifamily housing and commercial construction in the 1980’s. At that time, he was responsible for all aspects of construction including bidding, budgeting, scheduling, and contract documents. Mr. VanNoord also expanded his abilities by becoming a real estate broker with significant obtaining financing of condominiums and homes. In 1988, Mr. VanNoord joined a large Grand Rapids area housing developer as a Construction Manager. This allowed him to gain experience in the total scope of development, construction, and financing of multiple housing, single-family, and commercial construction.

Mr. VanNoord joined Rohde in 1997 and has distinguished himself by taking complete control of numerous multiple housing and commercial projects. As a result of his continued success, Mr. VanNoord became a partner/shareholder, and is now Senior Vice President of Rohde Construction.
