Assistant Project Manager

Mr. Hilligan’s construction career started in 2009, after graduating from Ferris State University with a BS in Construction Management and an associate degree in architecture. He joined a general contractor in Washington, D.C. that worked primarily in the multifamily rental and condominiums market. Starting in preconstruction, he progressed to estimating, field supervision, and project management. Beyond his experience in multifamily, he also worked in the office, mixed use, and healthcare markets. He joined Rohde Construction in 2023 as an Assistant Project Manager.
