Vice President / Project Manager

Mr. Eldred has been working in the construction industry since 2000. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management from Ferris State University, Geoff accepted a position with one of the largest homebuilders in the United States and supervised the construction of single-family housing in the Detroit area. In the 3 years he worked in this growing market he supervised the construction of over 300 homes. Mr. Eldred eventually transferred to the West Michigan division of the same homebuilder and remained there until that division closed in 2005.

Mr. Eldred joined Rohde Construction in 2005 as a project manager. Because of his dedication and skills, he became a shareholder and board member of Rohde in 2014 and a vice president in 2019.

In his 15 years at Rohde Construction, Mr. Eldred has managed new construction and renovation projects of all sizes all over the state of Michigan from Detroit to Marquette. Geoff is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds a Michigan Residential Builder’s License.
