Bill joined the Rohde Construction Team in 2024. He has been working in the construction industry since 1986. He started as a field superintendent building a variety of apartment complexes and townhomes throughout the Midwest. As a superintendent he completed over 2,800 units while completing 9 different apartment and townhome communities.

His career advanced to become the General Superintendent of Field Operations. He supervised 18 different projects in 12 states. He also held the Contractor/Builder licenses in each of those states. His duties included guiding superintendents on how to be more efficient in scheduling and quality control. Bill was also responsible for coordinating with all of the project team members to ensure projects started on time, stayed within budget, and were completed on time to give the owner the product they desire.
