In 2006 Chad became a member of the Rohde Construction team, subsequently becoming a shareholder and company executive.

He began in the commercial construction industry in 1990 and has been focused on multi-family construction for more than the last 20 years of his career, during which time he has been responsible for estimating and managing the new construction, adaptive reuse and renovation of thousands of multi-family and condo units, which have included market rate, HUD and LIHTC projects.
