Chandler Crossing

The Village at Chandler Crossing is a 14-building, 252-unit, three-story, wood-frame multi-family student-housing project which serves 732 students from nearby Michigan State University in a one bed/one bath apartment design. The student housing complex had a fast-track building process and was completed in just 13.5 months. The elaborate common-area facilities include a clubhouse with exercise area/computer room, 3,200 SF pool, 400 SF spa, covered basketball court/ice arena, volleyball courts and fountain.
